@DDDowney To be fair, while no one blamed Baker for Gunkle's death, it was believed that a heart condition that Gunkle had previously was aggravated from the way Baker did the heart punch. So while Baker did not outright kill Gunkle, the reputation the promoters gave it was based on the loose connection between his finisher and Gunkle's heart issues. How much of that is legit and how much of that is hyped up history is anyone's guess, however. As for murdering him...no.

Ray Gunkle died of a heart attack after an hour long match with Ox Baker,but Ox did not kill Ray. Bruiser Brody was stabbed backstage by a jealous wrestler.
