all but H4 are always ticking, H4, I think, is wound once per week, or month (can't remember, contact the Museum)

If you enjoyed these books and like the subject, I strongly suggest you to get "The marine Chronometer", by Gould himself, can't praise it high enough.

I did not know that the Harrison timekeepers are still running. I read Longitude and Rupert Gould's biography and am facinated by these works of art and science. To see them in motion is a treat. Thanks for posting it.
