I got one of these brushes from CVS too, but I haven't actually used it yet. I think i'll try it out tonight though. Also, how do you style your bangs? And I love your necklace :)

I have this brush and YES you can close it!! On the actual end of the brush is like a button tab to open it or keep it closed. You have to pull it out or push it in,

is the brush as hair damaging as a straightener? because i use a straightener (and tresseme heat spray) but i still get split ends. will this decrease the amount of heat damage or will it be the same as a regular straightener?

If you look at the bottom of the brush, there should be a plastic square sticking out, if you play with it, itll clamp the brush shut!

@NikkieRoZenFried Yeah I couldnt get the darn thing back in ! lol thats just too time consuming for me XD I'd rather just shut it and go.
