Sushi Pirincinin Hazirlanmasi:

1 bardak pirinc 10-12 defa yikanip suzulur. 2 bardak pirinc 1 ¼ bardak soguk su ile hafif ateste pisirilip tercihen ahsap yoksa cam kaseye konur. Icine 1 corba kasigi sushi sirkesi (pirinc sirkesi), 1 tatli kasigi esmer seker (yoksa beyaz da olur), yarim tatli kasigi tuz konur ve tahta kasik yardimi ile karistirilir, soguyana kadar kasik yardimi ile havalandirilarak hafifce karistirilmaya devam edilir.
