Did Jesus die on the cross or did he survive crucifixion? (English Language). A question answered by 4th head (Khalifa) of Ahmadiyya movement in Islam - Hadhrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad.

WHY MUSLIMS DONT BELIEVE JESUS DIED ON THE CROSS

"For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish, foolishness..."(1 Cor 1:18)

the Coran say Jesus (as) wasnt been cruxifed.

so Jesus (as),was on the cross but he is not dead on the cross.

if you says Jesus is dead on the cross it mean that Jesus was Cursed.

so You give reason to the Jew,who saying Jesus (as) was a false prophet.

there is a problem no.

Allah say that Jesus was not dead ,he was on the cross but He was seemingly as died that an etat of coma but they didnt know that etat 2000 year ago.

Henok30 : A person cannot be said to be Crucified if he manage to escape death. The purpose of crucifixion is to cause DEATH on cross. So, how can one can be said to be crucified if the purpose of crucifixion has not taken place?

Bible, if read carefully, ALSO PROVES THAT JESUS SURVIVED CRUCIFIXION & Quran also confirms same fact by saying that Allah granted miraculous escape to Jesus from severe calamity to a hilly place full of water springs (23:50)

londoniran: No. The documentaries I referred you also speak about Jesus surviving crucifixion & migrating to Kashmir till his death there. The BBC documentary even show the tomb of Jesus
