Realtor Tricia Fox of Keller Williams Gold Coast shows off one of her listings in the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago: a 3,100 square-foot three-bedroom condominium priced at $2.5 million. Developer units in this tier start well over $3 million, Fox says. The homes' bedrooms and living room have views all the way from the west (down Ohio Street) to the southeast, with glimpses of the Cloud Gate sculpture and the Buckingham Fountain.
