Actually you are correct and incorrect its both there faults you see how the guy is in front of the two yellow marks at the bottom @ 0:05 his shoe tips should be lined up with that just incase something like that happens, but most pit crews do that for faster reasons but Schumancher can not be fully blamed for that. If you don't believe me go to Google images and type "F1 pitcrew position" and look at the second picture.
