@HardyBoyz009 Face your phobia. Realise the phobia is something created by your own mind, and it's not the fault of the balloons.
Watch video's of balloons. It's a slow process but your fear will slowly dissapear as soon as you start realising that balloons are not a threat to you. Keep watching balloon video's until you stop being afraid! Sounds silly, but I'm sure it will work.

Please don't laugh at her! I have the same phobia and it has RUINED my life! I have a panic attack every time I go to an event, because I am worried there will be balloons. This poor woman! I would have freaked out the same way as her. I feel absolutely sorry for her!

@ZanderDF I agree. I freak out when I hear the (loud) sound of a door slamming or a glass smash. Maybe because my mum used to argue with me and slam the doors and throw glasses across the room. So when I hear a door slam or glass shatter I think my mum is going to burst into the room and beat the crap out of me with a wooden spoon, and the thought of that just scares the shit out of me!
