Police Murder Unarmed Man @ Fruitvale BART 12/31/08

A home video has surfaced showing the events surrounding the shooting death of 22-year-old man Oscar Grant by police at a Bay Area Rapid Transit station in Oakland early New Year's day.

BART officials have said Grant was unarmed and implied the shooting was an accident, saying the officer's gun discharged while he and four other officers responded to reports that two groups of young men were fighting on a train that had come from San Francisco and was en route to the Dublin/Pleasanton station.

She is a liar about the camera and the cop asking for it as well, the video played directly and not shown on a TV clearly shows the door close and Domenici (or any other cop) is nowhere to be seen. This girl is a liar, and the video clearly proves she was too drunk to hold a camera, much less know what was happening.
