Some signs in ASL are exactly the same, it depends on the context of the sentence. Just like in English how we use there, their or they're, they all sounds the same, it depends on the sentence which one we use.
With Yellow and same they are a little different. Yellow you shake it in a twisting motion like 'hang loose' with Same you move it back and forth.
