The seventh piece from the Scenes from Childhood, a collection of 13 pieces written by Robert Schumann about an adult looking back on his childhood. Performed by Benjamin Shapiro.

German title: 'Traumerei'

Here is a poem I wrote about this piece:
7. Reverie
Images
Flying past
Noise
Smells
Familiar
But indistinguishable
Outside
The world is calm
The sky is dark
And the moon shines brightly.
