@NWRRSteamPower thats a P32, change this. Amtrak has P42's from 1--207, you should change, if you dont, well, its misleading text.

@NWRRSteamPower U r wrong, amtrak has P32 ACDM's buddyboy they are in the 700's

THATS A P32 NOT P42 AND METRO NORTH AND AMTRAK USE P32S EVEN LOOK IT UP
-
P42s are numbers 1-207 if that was a 700 number then it's not a P42 but nice vid anywayz
-
It's a P32ACDM, folks. In fact, it's my favorite (the one my account is named for!)
-
Look it is not a p32. It is a P42. The diffrence is the P42 has only 2 axles on the rear and front truck. P32s only has 3 axles on the front and rear trucks.

I'm an Amtrak employee and I certify you are an idiot. There are three locomotive types using the Genesis Body style;
Generation 1: P40DC: Numbered AMTK 800 - AMTK 840... 7FDL16 (16 cyllinders) engine producing 4000 Horsepower.
Generation 2: P42DC: Numbered AMTK 1 - AMTK 207... Updated 7FDL16 engine producing 4200 Horsepower
P32ACDM: Numbered AMTK 700 - AMTK 717... 7FDL12 (4 cylinders less) engine with DC-AC Converter, GEB15 AC traction Motors, and 3rd rail pickup shoes.
That's NOT a P42, it's a P32

Metro North uses P32s, but Amtrak uses P42s.
