Old family 16 mm films eary 1930's Lake Parsippany Nj. 07054 I lived on Lyons Rd.(Halsey Rd.now.) & Atlantic Drive. for 20 years. I was a Member of the Lake Parsippany Bowmen. and played ball for Stan's. Dad was life member of fire dept and atheletic director. Joe Malay played baseball for the New York Giants in the mid 30's. John aka Jack Smith

  • Thank you for posting. I've had a life long passion about anything from 1930s America, particularly the people and the everyday culture. I was born in 1949, so it's before my time. I treasue such things as people's home movies and vintage film of city tours, etc. Thanks again for posting.

  • Before it was Camp Drum, Fort Drum was called Pine Camp.

  • Wow what a find. My Grandfather was General Drum's personal assistant during the war at what was then known as fort Jay and my mother went to the post school. They were from Brooklyn as well so i really like looking at films from that era.
