As usual, played at 60 FPS. Fraps only records at 30. The background supports using a pixel shader, but one wasn't used in this video. And yes, the splashes from the rain appear on the block's boundary and not its real collision. This is temporary and was mainly for testing. Making it pixel-perfect shouldn't impact speed since it's just doing a little math and checking and array value.
