  • bon son bon feeling

    surprenante la fin !!!!

tu devrais surtout avoir plus confiance en ce que tu fais c est bien crois moi !

  • @bricemosk Merci bcp! Surprenante cad?

  • that´s not only an attempt!

  • lol yes it is... ;-) thanks

  • you sound quite like chet, it´s very nice. i agree with ripper2350, you have to stop saying "attempt", that´s false modesty...

  • Thats the way musicians are... i guess... i know my lakes, i know jazz trumpet, and i know that i'm very far from what i dream to be! But close enough to take pleasure with my instrument.

Is it necessary?? Dont think so.. lol

Thanks for that nice comment Joaquim!!

  • Wonderfull sound. Good impro. This is no attemp, its soloing. Maybe you should work in your rhythm, a times it was a bit off. . Also, try playing more around the arpeggios, the chord tones and then take it from there, adding passing tones, scales, etc. I think that way you can gain total control of your playing. You can also practice starting and ending phrases in all the beats, 1, 2, 3, and the up beats. This will make your phrases less predictable. Very nice playing

  • It`s great! The only advice would be to practice playing eight-notes a lot, you should be able to play them over a long period of time...

And maybe playing a lot of pedal-tones would help you increase your range.

  • Black Chet

  • C'est très beau, franchement ;)

  • Great tone, and very singable lines. We would have to jam if we ever met, haha!

  • dare attempt ...

    very well done!

  • I think you gotta listen to your accompaniment and play with them.

  • YOU have got a bit of that Chet thing going on. no doubt about it , lovely tone ,I really dig the way you play. keep it up!

  • Hey this is good stuff. I guess you listen to miles a lot. and mainly play my ear. Both good qualities. You also have a good sound. Little bit of jazz vibrato at the end of long notes and you'll be set.

You did run out ideas (and tone) towards the end, but that's understandable. You need to get out there and do more playing in clubs and pubs etc.

  • Not bad at all. i guess you have been playing for some time 'cos you have a nice rounded tone. I also guess you listen to Miles a lot :) I also guess you mainly play by ear. So all in all good stuff!

  • i'm learning jazz right now and I am using the Real Book, so i looked up this song so i could hear how it sounds. and this is great! thank you! I'm learning as well. THIS IS THE BEST MUSIC BRO!
