@AznGurl562 When the cere turns brown it means they are in breeding season :) it turns back to it's normal colour once it's passed.

if my budge's cere is blue then it turns pinkish-brown, is it a girl o-o the people at the pet shop said that its a girl but why does it hav a blue cere than it turns brown? its almost like a boy budge but she doenst sing xD
