LOL ty for the reply, just to let you know out here in Baker, Mt we do not have access to mascopone cheese or lady fingers, so I am making my own marscopone (very easy and cheaper) and thanks to you, I can make my own lady fingers, made my first batch last night, they came out pretty good. do you have the recipe for the hard ones?
