@renataflorio so stop enabling and empowering the men to alienate the women. DUH! Supporting structures in which women feel exploited is just as bad as doing it yourself, no matter what the money's use was. recognizing consent and the individual is key in supporting a progress of consciousness and humanity, even if on the most personal of levels and of seemingly 'no impact'. Recognize your choice and stand behind it even if it was not the most conscious one At least you'd be true to yourself

This is my grand Village. I know everyone here. My concern is why give few people for the consent of others - They are saying they should have paid too coz they are being taken video off!

I'm happy too, however that does not stop some Kenyan from getting elected and changing things over in the US !

Visited samburu village last october this brings back great memories of a great holiday safari.
Visited samburu, nakuru , aberdare, masia mara.
I also recognise some of the villagers in this video.

The women are against you taking this video. Somehow you managed to get through with a help of somebody the ladies keep on referring to have been silenced.... Any Morals for tourists going around taking photos without consent!!!!. The are talking both Samburu and Rendille Languages.

We obtained permission to film everybody from the men in the village (three old guys and two warriors, that you can see in the video) and we paid them for it. It was quite evident (even if I don't undestand the language) that the women wanted to get some of that money themselves and were angry with the oldest guy for keeping all of it: as you can see, no anger was shown toward me and I was filming two meters from them
