This clip was shot in Deepwater, MO. We were pretty much lost, but found this nice, flat open area to let the bikes run at full speed. The 4-stroke is a 2002 Honda CRF450R. The 2-stroke is a 2005 KTM 250EXC.

  • Very fast, but it depends on gearing. I had mine north of 70 mph (by the GPS) on a number of occasions, but I don't remember the gearing. The power of that bike has a snap to it that will keep you grinning. I am more of a trail rider so I sold that bike and bought a KTM 300 EXC, which is still fast, but not crazy fast like the 450.

  • going there the first of may! Is it a good place for sport quads? "Raptor 700, outlaw 525,ltr450, ltz400,old but nasty fast 250r. Any info would be sweet!! Thanks!

  • I'm sorry, this was actually Deepwater, MO; not Finger Lakes. To answer your question though, yes, Finger Lakes is an excellent place to ride quads. They have great camping too. Have fun and be safe.

  • @baseballty555 comparable to a 125 2 stroke.......not really

  • Is that still open?

  • how fast is a crf450r

  • thats the drag strip at deep water mo. it is a ways back (you wont see any drag quads)

the best riding was on the north side of the road (where they closed off now)

if it has rained in the past month its not alot of fun on a sport quad
