The culmination of a 2476km journey along Australia's Murray River, Dave enters the saltwater of the Coorong National Park through the Goolwa Barrage, and paddles the remaining 6km to the river mouth. He is given an unexpected yet magical greeting by a local seal, and delights in the mouth opening up to the sea, as it is often blocked by a sandbar, the result of a lack of flow from the Murray.
