Transit 2000 was a monthly television show produced by the Southern California Rapid Transit District (RTD) and broadcast on Channel 13 in Los Angeles in 1992. Hosted by Joseph Benti and Dyana Ortelli, its focus is transportation in the 21st century, transit alternatives and issues in Southern California and car-less excursions to places and sites of interest in Southern California.

The first section of the segment (a continuation of Ep. 2, pt 1) visits Southern California's Orange Empire Railway Museum, the second section explores the toll roads proposed for Southern California to alleviate traffic congestion.
