Why must every Queen video have people commenting on Freddies sexuality or his personal life? Who cares if he was gay? or if he had Aids? He was the greatest singer/ showman/songwriter/musician of all time and always will be and still reamians it to this day! Freddie is the best! RIP Freddie.

Go Freddie, Go Bri, John & Roger! I love Vintage Queen. If I had a time machine I'd set it to Rainbow 1974 and go to this concert. Then I could be "down in the city" just Queen & me. Also a big shout out to Zhandra Rhodes for creating Freddie's iconic costume seen in this video while on stage. I believe she also made Brian's.

I saw Queen at the Santa Monica Civic either in '74 or '75. This is exactly how they started the show. It was so freaking fantastic!!!!!!!!!!

@bessadale.....Actually, so many of Freddie's songs are sprinkled with all kinds of religious references. Some of the lyrics fr. Liar are right out of the catechism. Don't forget he went to Catholic school his whole life, how could it Not rub off on him?

And, btw, Freddie remained very spiritual until the end, praying & believing, etc.

He was also clearly bi, not just gay, leaving his fortune to the love of his life, Mary.
