So I had the pleasure of playing with Bushido from the Dominican Republic at the Boston Invite this past weekend. They were hungry for knowledge and experience so they flew me up to Boston and we crushed all weekend. One of my best Ultimate Frisbee experiences!

Here is a short clip of one of my favorite hucks I have ever thrown. Thank goodness I had the speedster, Romer Brito Ruiz, to run it down!

Note: We were playing DOG (a masters team 35+), however this team won like 6-7 National Championships in a row! Unbelievable team and a great experience for all the guys!

While that is definitely the tough way to throw a forehand (anheizer, or however the hell that's spelled) it's still not that impressive. I make that nine times out of ten.

LOL I love how the Bushido guy is making his dump cut through all this. As if Brodie would ever look for a dump...

I mean, why would he? When he has a freaking no look, inside out (force side) huck to an open receiver.

Brodie, though I've never done this, I can guess why it felt right; you had the mark;s momentum going the other way, and your throw looked like another breakside pumpfake. Also, the inside out forehand is less floaty than an outside in backhand would have been, maybe you felt you needed to get it down their quickly. Great instincts, Brodie, there are times to break the rules, and this was one of them.
