How is it racism when 7 of the 12 jurors were black. Ther where 34 witnesses for the prosecution at davis's two week trial. Most of the them were black. Davis was granted a retrial by the Supreme Court. Davis refused to let two of witnesses who recanted their testimony to testify at his trial. I don't understand how racism is an issue here.

I just saw a show where one of my fellow niggers killed a girl and when he got the death penalty his family freaked out saying it wasnt fair. This nigger killed a young girl and his family thinks its not fair for him to get the death penalty. Thats how fucked up our race is. We commit the crime but we dont want to pay the price. Why do you think white people get sick of our asses. I bet if the slave owners new what it would turn into they would never get blacks for slaves
