  • Agreed. Brian, you are still missed, and always remembered. Maybe it's true that we look at you with 20/20 hind-sight, through rose-colored glasses; but that, too, is a form of immortality. Ya made it, man.

  • @stollingrone you are DEAD right

  • brian jones didnt get consumed by the fame, Brian Jones was the most professional and sincere artist of the band, his complexity and sensitivity stood in the way of the commercial direction Jagger-Richard pact were heading, it must have hurt him alot seeing it happen and not being able to change anything.

  • @AssiralNeek Lol yeah. Stick the obnoxious old bugger's head under the water for ages. See how HE likes it.

  • Beatles were not as talented as BRIAN JONES ~ FACT !!!!!!!!

  • I assume the pool isn't real deep and it's common knowledge that he was strong swimmer. He was young even though he damaged himself with drugs so I can't accept he just had a seizure and sank. There was an asthma inhaler at each corner of the pool so he could swim there as soon as he felt tight. With so many people around it just doesn't add up that he could just drown and no-one would be there to help until he was seen on the bottom.

  • @AssiralNeek ...And Tom Keylock The Stone's roadie was involved too. He nicked all of Brian's stuff out of his house after he died. Keylock died on 2rd July 2009. Forty years to the day after Brian died.

  • @smasherhits @Ross98100 Google: Brian Jones+Janet Lawson+Daily Mail and choose the top result. (YouTube won't allow links) It pretty much settles it once and for all. Janet Lawson was the nurse who was there at the time.

  • So sad, he was brilliant , my favourite of the stones band.

  • @skudaarkaat1

Not traditional rock. I'm not arguing on the greatness of the beatles. they are probably the most influential band of the twentieth century, that goes without saying. but the stones are considered the greatest Rock and Roll band. for their style longevity and sound
