@jenny13579 I live in cheltenham's neighbouring city; Gloucester. They like to think they are far more 'upper class' than everyone else and it is quite a posh town, very much unlike Gloucester

A few people not having a clue what they're on about.
I have an A4 Quattro, and when it's got no grip on ice it just spins the fronts. This A5 probably spins the rears because the bias is shifted more than way. Power to the rears helps better under acceleration, which is what the cars trying to do.
Audi don't do rear wheel drive A5's (or any car at all maybe?)

did u notice the beamer so called 4x4 struggling, then next to it was a land rover, best 4x4 by far!!!

I challenge anyone to drive in compacted ice like that , 4x4 2wd or rear wd you just have to stick it in low gear and keep well off the brakes or dipping the clutch because then you'll become a sliding heap of metal waiting for a disaster. I managed to go up and down sudely hill every day last year in low gear box dif lock in and keep her in 3 rd , no trouble !
