the same bird in my job do the same shit over and over the time i am tire of that bird i put plastic bags and he put shit in the front and the back. Dunno the race of the bird but i can tell its the same fucking bird.

That appears to be a piratic flycatcher. Anyway the bird is trying to attack the "intruder" in its territory. Many species (mockingbird) will literally kill each other over things like this.
