Lairy, binge drinking women are a well established feature of the the club scene in the capital. Clubs have had to respond by employing female door security in order to manage them. With some security firms in London reporting that nearly a third of their door staff are now women we look at how the sisters are breaking into the traditionally alpha-male territory of club bouncers. Can the girls cut it in a world dominated by 64, seventeen stone bruisers?

We join diminutive Nicki Dawes five foot two, nine stone nothing on a shift at a club in Brixton . Nickis patience and courage are tested on a night when things turn very nasty indeed.

Nice video, being a door supervisor myself i understand what goes on, i work with 2 female door supervisors and haveing them in the team helps alot as they can deal with males who won't listen to male door staff etc.
