The Cook Off Challenge

Hi guys!

it's time for a challenge WITH prizes!!
I'm so excited to start this segment!
I'll be making more challenges in the upcoming videos, so watch out!
This challenge is all about making a SIN food or meal into a healthier version WITHOUT sacrificing good taste!

So for this challenge you will need to:

1) Create a healthier version of a sin food (it can be a lunch, dinner, desert, breakfast, ANYTHING!)
2) Include the calories, fat and fiber information on the side bar or in the video
3) Put your recipe as a response to this video
4) You can VIDEO you cooking or simply mount pictures of what you are doing and post as a video response
5) **EXTENDED**The video MUST be in by July 26th at 11:59PM EST
6) HAVE FUN!

There will be a top 3 that I will choose
I will then make the recipes and judge accordingly!
What you will be judged on:
1) Taste
2) Calorie count
3) Presentation

One winner will win an item of their choice at EPICURE:
