There are many herbs and treatments for acne and allergic skin reactions, but there is a system that you can use no matter what treatment you choose that will still yield results.

I think highly of systematic self-diagnosis (or with a practitioner) because when you use one, you can step by step identify what is working and what is not. If you don't use a system, you may end up not knowing what is causing the issue and this will leave you more stressed than you need to be.

i used panoxl 10% benzol peroxide acne foaming wash. it works really good, clearisel and that netragina shit doesnt work, i also have a dermatologist, do this it works well in 3 monts acne is COMPLETLY gone.

This is exactly how I got rid of a long term acne condition, 10 years total, but it worsened five years ago, when I started to eat more whole wheat products. I eliminated my acne by determining that I am either gluten intolerant or I have wheat allergy. Now I dont eat all gluten products. It took me five years to figure this out, it was very frustrating!!
