Those at the top are not completely in power yet, they influence.

@kingbill404 Actually most information on the internet is without your consent. You would be suprised what is stored online about you especially by government agencies. They do control and regulate that information the only difference is lower officials need a warrant still where the FBI does not.

And they do not control that information! They can not just change your name at will lol.
