@yellowpwns97 what he did was picked the string then dove down a little with the whammy bar and then at the same time he hit the harmonic on the 2nd fret and brought the bar back up creating that cool sound. Its really cool to do

@yellowpwns97 It's a dive bomb. You need a pretty good tremolo for them. People traditionally use Floyd Roses for them.

Basically, if you do a pinch harmonic and lift the tremolo arm (Increasing the tension and heightening the pitch), you'll get that sound. Or you can make them lower in pitch by pushing them down. Or you can do a dip and then lift it. It's pretty easy. Just google divebombs or search for youtube videos. :)
