Well,The People voted,and many of us believe the Best Man won...Yes there are alot of Hate Mongers and Bad People out there,I guess there allways will be,But ya know what? The problem with the Bush administration is that government has grown more in the last 8 years then it has in any other presidency since FDR! The problem, is that both parties are fucking socialists and the real free marketers are ignored.

I'm not disagreeing with you that Clinton signed it, I actually don't know I don't feel like looking it up this sec, but wasn't congress run by republicans? Wasn't this a republican bill that Clinton signed?
