Paddy the Pelican - Two Wet Bears

Not exactly Amos and Andy (Andy didn't speak in a falsetto), but still minstrel black dialect nonetheless. For a simple line drawing, the animation is quite good. We expect more shading and colors today, but this would have looked acceptable on the black and white TVs of the day.

Did they actually PAY the voice actors? XD
