Probably one of the worst cartoons ever created. From Sam Singer, 1954. This was shown at Comic-Con's "Worst Cartoons Ever" panel at Comic-Con San Diego.

Not exactly Amos and Andy (Andy didn't speak in a falsetto), but still minstrel black dialect nonetheless. For a simple line drawing, the animation is quite good. We expect more shading and colors today, but this would have looked acceptable on the black and white TVs of the day.
