*you need  250 gr flour, 200 sugar, 200 gr oil ( I guess seeds oil for frying ) some saffron some water rose ( also called golab) and one glass of water.
*warm up the oil----(wait)
*drop the flour in the oil and from this moment you have to turn it continusely.
*add BOILING water , boil it apart.
*turn
* you smell the flour turn to halva (iranian things, if you are foregner and never have smell halva don't care)
*add sugar to boiling water.
