I am surprised to hear that. I have used one for about two years and have not had a problem with it. My buddy did get a defective one which was replaced about 14 months ago, but he hasnt had a problem since.

  • I bought two of these for my wife and I direct from IMC. I have had many problems with the cord coming out of the helmet. The wires are so tiny that after a few uses, the connection fails. IMC has replaced the bad part twice now but it's a pain trying to use it when it breaks down so much.

I'll have to wait and see if it really a good bargain for the $75.00 each.
