Thoughts on Fan Reactions to Gundam SEED Destiny (re-titled; see description)

I originally (jokingly) titled this video "Why Everyone Else is Wrong about Gundam SEED Destiny." Others have taken me to task for the confrontational tone of that title, so I've changed it to be less offensive.

In this video, I tackle the much-despised Gundam SEED Destiny, and reveal why (I think) a lot of fans mis-interpreted it.

There are bigger issues in life than to continue arguing over an anime series that's already over. What's the point of dragging on these debates? It's not like the outcome of the series is going to suddenly change.

People need to just move on and enjoy what they like. Whether you like the series or not, that's fine; move on, but don't put others down just because they have a different view of it.

There's just nothing to gain. In the end, Bandai/Sunrise doesn't care who wins this silly debate.

And why exactly are you calling me a fool? Is it for having a differing opinion to yours? I just got done watching SEED Destiny. and to be honest I really enjoyed this.. granted I didn't like Shin's character, but I don't think we werent supposed to.. lol..

granted the sequel isn't as good as seed.. regardless it was a GREAT series!

There were flaw with seed destiny, at the beginning I felt like they were trying mimic the original but once they really got into the story, it really came out of its shell and became its own series! I think the main antagonist played a big role in that.

Did you not hear about Morosawa crapping on Shinn's character because she hated the VA...She also hated Cagali's and look what happened to her...Did you not know GSD was nearly pulled off the air because of script problems from Morosawa? All these things contributed to bad writing and under-development of Shinn...

@TheAnimeOverviewer I admit about that animation bit, the story suits me just fine. It depends on personal taste i guess.. Or maybe it is because i got to see Athrun and Kira again...Don't understand me wrong, I've seen all of gundam series and read the crossbone, 00 manga and so on...And got to the UC stuff after wing, 00 and seed and i Admit there are better ones than Destiny, but no one will force me to dislike Destiny because the story works for me just fine-as fan of returning characters.
