Max is good with hair dye. Fang seems. . . decent. Iggy is okay-ish. I've always imagined him a bit younger, even though he's the same age as Max and Fang because he's less mentally mature. Nudge is good. Gazzy is good. Angel needs longer and curlier hair, which can be done with a hair stylist. I know Ari looks older than he is, but that's overboard. Jeb is good. Dr. Martinez is okay. I imagined her more average. Same with Ella. I imagined Omega to look a little younger than that.
