i just made a meeting with a coast guard recruiting in chicago, i was just wondering is it true that when i graduate most likely ill be sent to the bahamas or europe around there? do i get to choose were to be stationed?

Brighteye 15, the US Coast Guard is only stationed in the United States and Puerto Rico. We go where we are needed, but there are no stations in Europe or the Bahamas.

The United States Coast Guard it the most Under Appreciated branch in the United States Armed Forces, but they don't need someone patting their back telling them they are doing a great job cause they already know.

This is true to a point. The United States Coast Guard is the department of Homeland security which was introduced after 9/11 before that is was the department of transportation. a little fun fact
