FFXII LLC - Mom Bomb chaining for gil

*UPDATE* This isn't the best way to make money anymore. It's still alright, but the long trek in and out of the Great Crystal kind of kills it.

A glitch in the game gives Death a 100% hit rate if used by someone with 25 MAG (anyone but Basch or Ashe) or lower. This is because Mom Bombs have 61 VIT and Death has a base hit rate of 35%.

Hit% = Base Rate + (MAG of user - VIT of target)

25 - 61 = -36, making the Hit% -1%. The game turns this into 100%.

The Mom Bombs like to cast Shell on themselves. Shell halves the Hit% and will have to be Dispelled.

I was kind of sloppy in this video and I got a bit unlucky with the Chain Reaction. I almost never get hit as much as I did here.

You want Diamond Armlets, which will sell for 10000 each. I came away with 46 on this particular run. You have to kill around 500 Mom Bombs to get 99 Diamond Armlets. That's not very many when you consider that I killed 24 in under 5 minutes without really trying.

At chain level 3, Diamond Armlets have a drop rate of 12%.

Remember, if anybody dies make sure they have a Bubble Belt equipped so they revive with full HP.

If you want to use this method in a normal game you'll have to equip Indigo Pendants to get a 100% hit rate.

Oh, you get Decoy from Euryt Village or Mt. Bur-Omisace. It forces the enemies to only attack that character.

its a new game + mode at ff12 that you choose to either go trough all the game in levels 1,2,2,3,3,3, or start the game at level 90.

this is in giruvegan. once you beat i think his name is daedulus (that might be another boss) but when you do a way stone will lead to here (the great crystal).
