Lifeguard Training Course

Even if you never have any intention of becoming a lifeguard, doing the training is an important corner stone of becoming a good surfer. You learn about ocean safety and rescue both in and out of the water. It'll raise your level of fitness and confidence as well as leaving you with a great set of life skills. It's also a really fun week. We run lifeguard certification courses every November here in Nosara. Here's what went down on the last one.
