@benrms02 Also I do try to play things slowly, but the slower I play the harder I tend to press, I can't break through this.

Hello, great lessons. I have been playing and doing exercises for about 5 years and have yet to achieve any speed or technique. I believe that I have developed tension or just in the bad habit of pressing to hard. What advise do you have on proper technique, and speed development?
