I wish people would start speaking honestly about this. "Immigration reform" or "comprehensive reform" means "amnesty." Let's forgive a pack of criminals and reward them with residency. That's what's being proposed.

Deport all illegal immigrants who committed crimes.

Legalize and give path citizenship to illegal immigrants who obtained college degree from US colleges/universitites, established business, and the one who's been paying taxes for many many years.

Once the border is secure, can we please deport the 30% of the prison population who are not citizens, or do they get amnesty, social security and public health care too? How can a progressive advocate any strong and secure border wall? Isn't the goal to Progress to where all humanity has health benefits, and so shouldn't we grant citizenship to the whole world? I mean, it would be shameful for the richest nation in the world to do anything other than work for another man's benefit. racist!
