Boiling kettle on toaster

An experiment to see if I could boil a kettle on a toaster as part of a larger project to ascertain if it's possible to use the same energy to cook toast and boil water simultaneously. It took four cycles but I think if I altered the design of the kettle I could do it in one ... maybe!

And this proves what?. If you were making your toast as you boiled your water I would say you accomplished something. You've got a gas stove ,use it.
