@Toxic312456 erm, there's not really much to say about it, except its comfortable, it hangs out of the ceiling and its strong. Your room attendant will either keep putting it back for you (in the ceiling) or leaves it depending on your wish.

Hi, thanks so much for this excellent vid (much better than those by other "room guides"). My wife wanted to book just an outside room, but YOU SOLD the balcony room....which was my preference anyway.

We are boarding the Emerald Princess in December '10 and will now have a perfect cruise.
