This is an extremely awesome and brand new application by LittleFinLLC for making home inventory lists, creating insurance reports, and keeping up with things in a much easier way. You can use this application to store data such as purchase date, value, serial numbers, notes and more as a way of organizing your possessions. It has a very clean interface, which i always love. Sorry for cutting the video a bit short, but i ran out of time. Blame YouTube. :)

  • Hi I just watched this video to see if there was a way of collecting similar items together. The similar app Home Inventory does not have such a feature and I was hoping this one does. In the video you click on a menu that says New Collection... but never explain how to use it. Is that what New Collection does?

  • @moingus Sorry i didn't cover that in the video. I try to cover as much as i can while still keeping the video as short as possible. If i'm understanding what you're asking for, yes. Compartments has collections you can match by name, tag, or kind. It will sit in the "Smart Collections" area of the application. (Bottom left)

  • I get that this is a clever and neat app, but is it really necessary? Do people really need to know what stuff they have? Shouldn't they kind of know? lol

  • @altamuramarc Insurance reports in case of a fire, warranty info, etc.

  • So, basically it's a cheap ripoff of Bento?

  • @Trimere No. It's not even close to the same app.

  • your face was like... "I JUST JIZZED IN MY PANTS!!!"... lol

  • I would like to be able to print out an inventory list that would have a small picture of the item next to it. Will this product do that?

  • @takeme2urmac Haha. We definitely love our Apple. If you purchase this app via their website, be sure to use my affiliate link in the description. Helps me get paid. :) Thanks for viewing.
