HELLO, can you please help me?

I bought these and I couldn't be happier with the way they work with my xbox 360, but when I plug them in my pc, I only hear audio through the right ear cup. all my connections are plugged in tight and the audio source is switched to PC.

I don't know what to do, please help me.

Are you even serious? Best gaming headset in the world? I'm no expert, but I'm 100% sure that there are better Sennheiser Audiophiles etc. The A40 mixamp is a great mixamp, and then you are better off using a clip on headset with a high quality headphone.

For the price, though, these are awesome.
