The free primary education programme is considered one of the most successful legacies of president kibakis seven years in office. And as ray polo reports, it is about the only programme that directly benefited the lives of of Kenya's most poor, in a country where the gap between the rich and the poor is only growing wider.

Moi has a good point,the scheme is a failing.Now news is out about the embezzled 6 billion that was meant to keep the program going.Its common sense why its not working.Focus should be on Ongeri and his batallion.

Moi bugger your government never invested in building enough primary schools so that the other 40 could benefit instead they went on to become street urchins. All Moi built were more and more Moi girls high schools across Kenya.
