DISCLAIMER:

Make sure to check the decals sheet often and regularly, to avoid anything other than the yellow carrierfilm to fade!!

The window has to be free from condensation.. even the slightest will ruin the decals!

It worked for me, but you have to try it at your own risk!

  • Hi. If decals won't stick what's the best way to get them to stick thanks.

  • @19harry73 Using some sort of decal solution like Microsol / Microset... or Johnsons Klear / Future / Pledge floor polish, which is my preferred method.. :)

  • hey, love your tutorials, they're great!

Any how, I was wondering if you, or anyone else on youtube, know how to fix my decals? they're always fading and just turn into a white shapeless blob.

    Thanks!

  • @DioStudent What make models do you build mainly, and what do you use for a decal solution, if any??

  • @BasicModelling

I don't use any solutions, but I think it was just that one kit that did it, as I just finished putting decals on two others and they are just amazing. And the decals that didn't work were from airfix.

    Thanks

  • @DioStudent Airix.. that could, and probably will, explain it! Where they on a glossy backing paper??

  • Put the decal sheet in a sunny window.... In England? LOL

Thanks for the tip, I can confirm it works fine!

  • @spiderrock2009 I have the Airfix kit somewhere, which I hope to make into a Swedish TP-84 at some point.. :)
