I encountered this installation in Montreal. One of my most spiritual experiences. I am not religious at al but this music is straight from Heaven.

I first experienced this artinstallation at Liverpool's tate gallery and it reduced me to tears. Utterly moving. I visited so many times before it moved on. Then I happened to be in Sheffield a while later and couldn;t believe my luch that it was there - I sat in the room for about 3 hours listening over and over again. I'd travel the world to experience it again. Does anyone know where it is now? Canada?

Same experience here. Was in NY Moma and heard singing... thought we were catching a live choral concert, but walked into the middle of this. Good thing there were seats or I might have collapsed. My legs became jelly and I teared up. Other people had their heads down, taking it all in. I have to imagine that walking into heaven would sound something like this. Last I knew it was in Vancouver, I believe. Cheers to Cardiff.

I too experienced this awe-inspiring work in Barcelona. It is so beautiful, the choir are brilliant.
It was eerie to hear them talking and coughing as the piece began and then to be lifted by angels in the music.
If you get the chance - see it!

I sung in this recording!!! Can't for the life of me remember which part! Slightly dissapointed the choir wasn't acknowledged...
It's Salisbury Cathedral Choir (Both boys and girls, with normal six lay vicars and other men singing) Was an absolutely amazing experience!!
I have a c.d of the Sixteen Choir directed by Harry Christophers - fantastic!
